Maxillary Carcinoma is a very rare neoplasm. It represents only a small percentage (0.2%) of human malignant tumors and only 1.5% of all head and neck malignant neoplasms. This patient Mrs Y came with severe Stage III cancers on her maxilla. She was advised for radiation therapy by our team of Tumor Board Physicians and took up consecutive radiations as suggested by the team of Doctors. The patient and the care taker believed in our team and in our treatment.
With subsequent radiation cycles, her malignancy started to decrease and showed positive response to treatment. Now the patient is under follow up and pain free.
