Ameloblactic carcinoma a rare mandible malignancy… patient was suffering from this for more than 30 years with repeated surgeries. He presented to us with relatively bigger swelling infiltrating the skin. Neoadjuvant radiotherapy was given , leading to drastic decrease in the tumor volume. Patient specific titanium prosthesis with free fibula flap cover was done on may 1 . Almost 3 months post surgery patient doing well.
