Over a decade, Harshamitra is one of the best cancer hospitals in Trichy and plays vital role in alleviating cancer from our community through various activities. As the birth of harshamitra has a strong root of motherly care and compassion from the heart of a man who lost his father due to oral cancer, it always endeavours in bringing appropriate cancer treatment with international standards to the needy. The international standard has been implemented here with Tumor board method, where a cancer patient is being scrutinized by surgical, medical and radiation oncologists under a single roof to ensure the recovery of cancer patients with correct treatment and prompt actions. Also, to aid poor people with rich ignorance about this dangerous disease, harshamitra is taking all possible measures in igniting knowledge on cancer and its preventive screening methods. With aim of saving lives from cancer, harshamitra always reaches the unreached places where people really need our helping hand, concern and medical care. Since the emerging of harshamitra on 2011, it is continuously conducting various medical activities such as free screening camp for women and men, general medical camps, awareness lectures and events. till now, harshamitra has completed around 220 free screening camps successfully in around Trichy and nearby districts in association with tamilnadu government. By conducting these free cancer screening camps, the people with early signs of cancer can be identified, advised towards further proper treatments, resulting in complete recovery without any loss.
In continuation thses free cancer screening camps, Harshamitra, conducted another free cancer screening camp on 22.06.2025 at AM Dental Hospital, Keeranur, Pudukkottai District. The camp was held under the leadership of:
