Debate On Breast Cancer Awareness Among Today’s Women

As part of Pink October 2025, Harshamitra Oncology Centre continues its mission of creating awareness about breast cancer among young women.

On 24th October 2025, from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, Harshamitra is organizing a Debate on “Breast Cancer Awareness among Today’s Women” in various schools and colleges. The aim of this event is to encourage open discussion, build confidence among students, and help them understand the importance of early detection and regular screening.

The Executive Director of Harshamitra, Dr. P. Sasipriya, will be serving as the judge for these debates. She will also interact with the participants, giving valuable insights on self-breast examination and the screening methods available for early detection.

Every year, Harshamitra observes _Pink October_ through awareness rallies, survivor meets, free breast screening camps, and educational sessions. This debate is yet another step in reaching the younger generation and inspiring them to become health conscious and spread the message to others.

At Harshamitra, we believe that knowledge shared is lives saved. Through such initiatives, we continue our efforts to empower women to take charge of their health.
