As part of Pink October 2026 – Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Harshamitra Cancer and Multispeciality Hospital, Nagamangalam, Trichy, continued its month-long breast cancer awareness initiative.
Dr. R. Malini, Department of B.Com. Bank Management and Corporate Secretaryship, Srimad Andavan Arts and Science College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli, was welcomed as the Chief Guest of the Day and took part in the Pink October awareness programme at the hospital.
The initiative highlights the importance of breast health, regular screening, and early diagnosis. It also encourages women to notice changes in their breasts and seek medical advice when needed. As part of the campaign, Harshamitra Hospital continues to offer a special screening package at ₹999, featuring Mammogram, Thermogram, and Sonogram, available from 1 October to 31 October 2026.
Through its Chief Guest of the Day initiative, the hospital continues to bring together guests from different fields throughout the month, helping spread awareness and encouraging women to prioritise their health.
