As part of Pink October 2026 – Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Harshamitra Cancer and Multispeciality Hospital, Nagamangalam, Trichy, continued its month-long breast cancer awareness initiative.
Mrs. B. Metilda, M.Sc. Nursing, Ph.D., Principal, Servite College of Nursing, Trichy, was honoured as the Chief Guest of the Day and took part in the Pink October awareness programme at the hospital.
During her visit, Mrs. Metilda also toured the hospital, gaining a closer look at its facilities and the healthcare services available at Harshamitra Hospital.
The programme is part of the hospital’s month-long initiative to promote breast health awareness and the importance of early screening among women. As part of the Pink October campaign, Harshamitra Hospital continues to offer a special screening package at ₹999, featuring Mammogram, Thermogram, and Sonogram, available from 1 October to 31 October 2026.
Through its Chief Guest of the Day initiative, the hospital continues to bring together guests from different fields throughout the month, helping spread awareness about breast health and early detection.
