As part of Pink October 2026 – Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Harshamitra Cancer and Multispeciality Hospital, Nagamangalam, Trichy, continued its month-long breast cancer awareness initiative.
Prof. R. Meera, Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics, MAM College of Engineering, Siruganur, Trichy, was welcomed as the Chief Guest of the Day and took part in the Pink October awareness programme at the hospital.
The initiative highlights the importance of breast health, regular screening, and early diagnosis. It also encourages women to notice changes in their breasts and seek medical advice when needed. As part of the campaign, Harshamitra Hospital continues to offer a special screening package at ₹999, featuring Mammogram, Thermogram, and Sonogram, available until 31 October 2026.
Through this month-long programme, the hospital continues to spread awareness about breast cancer and encourage women to prioritise their health.
